    Presented by Aryn Schlichting and Erin McCuskey.

    Aryn Schlichting, is the Senior HR Professional at the Town of Vail and specializes in recruiting.  Outside of work Aryn is the co-founder of Mountain Careers, a hub for professional opportunities in the mountains and on the board of the Vail Valley Young Professionals. With 15 years in Human Resources in the Vail Valley she finds excitement in attracting others to the area and growing talent in the community. Originally from Chicago, Aryn was drawn to the mountains for college where she received her Bachelor's degree in International Affairs from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

    Erin McCuskey found a career in HR following a stint as a newspaper journalist - she decided to apply her interviewing skills to recruiting. She is currently the HR Manager for the Cordillera Metro District, and has over 10 years of HR experience with White Lodging, Vail Health, and Vail Resorts in addition to implementing recruitment plans for several smaller employers. She has developed creative recruitment strategies on national and local levels using low-cost social media campaigns, college partnerships, and talent development. Erin enjoys creating partnership across our valley, and believes we can all learn from each other and work together to grow and support our talent pool.
