Saralyn joined Gallagher in 2014 after successfully starting and running a women’s outdoor adventure business for 7 years. She approaches her work as a business partner to help employers improve their bottom line while recognizing the need for attracting, retaining, and rewarding their employees with the right strategies.
Raised in Iowa, Saralyn has her B.S. from Iowa State University. Saralyn and her family live in Silverthorne, CO.
