Summary:  Join Jackie Huffman for an abbreviated version of Crucial Conversations. Crucial conversations is usually a 10-hour virtual course split among the course of 5 days. This 2-hour version will teach you the basics of the course but will still allow you to walk away with some tactical things you can implement to make your next crucial conversation a healthier dialogue.

The Crucial Conversations class is a communication training program that teaches people how to have effective conversations about high-stakes, emotional, or controversial topics. It is based on the book Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes Are High by Kerry Patterson, Joseph Grenny, Ron McMillan, and Al Switzler.

The class teaches participants how to:

    • Identify crucial conversations
    • Prepare for crucial conversations
    • Start crucial conversations
    • Talk about emotions in crucial conversations
    • Make crucial conversations safe
    • Move to action in crucial conversations

The class is designed to help people improve their communication skills in both their professional and personal lives. It is taught by certified Crucial Conversations instructors and is offered in a variety of formats, including in-person workshops, online courses, and self-paced learning programs.

If you are looking for a way to improve your communication skills and become better at having difficult conversations, the Crucial Conversations class is a great option.
