Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll support key HR functions, enhance office functionality, manage safety programs, and assist with employee benefit plans. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, and at least two years of HR experience. This full-time role offers a salary of $61,667 - $74,000 annually, with benefits and the possibility to work remotely one day per week.     HR DIRECTOR - Garfield County

    This position is at the Department Director level and directly or indirectly supervises the Benefits & Compensation Manager, the Recruitment and Learning & Development Specialist, the Benefits & Leave Specialist, and the Human Resources Generalist, and other HR staff that may join the department.
