    Join our Vail Valley Human Resources Team as a Human Resources Manager! If you bring a strong background in HR, leadership experience, and exceptional interpersonal skills, we’d love to connect! 

    This role oversees the daily operations of the Vail Valley HR department, providing leadership to the HR generalist/coordinator and ensuring a seamless employee experience through effective front desk operations, onboarding, and handling employee queries. You’ll maintain accurate HR paperwork, ensure compliance with employment laws, and provide data analytics support. Your role includes conducting confidential investigations, supporting employee relations and performance management, and offering strategic guidance to leaders on compliance and dispute resolution. Additionally, you’ll drive recognition programs, conduct audits, coordinate training with the Learning and Development team, and partner with the HR Director to execute key HR initiatives and business strategies.
