You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our HR department, supporting our employees and managers, and driving key HR initiatives. 

    The Senior HR Generalist supports the Human Resources department for the East West Family of Companies, including East West Hospitality, East West Partners, & Slifer Smith, & Frampton, in various locations throughout CO, SC, UT, CA, and HI. Position is based in Avon, CO.

    HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST

We are looking to fill an immediate opening on the East West Vail Valley Hospitality HR (VVHR) team for a bilingual (English & Spanish) Human Resources Generalist. The VVHR teams supports and partners with all of East West's property management and hospitality teams of employees, managers and directors in the Vail/Eagle County Area.
     
    This position provides the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of HR areas as a true generalist, including Employee Onboarding, Recognition Programs, Training, Worker’s Compensation, Event programming, and general employment issues. This role is a great way to establish a solid foundation in your HR knowledge and collaborate on innovative ideas and projects within a highly regarded, local company.

    HR DIRECTOR

    Garfield County

    This position is at the Department Director level and directly or indirectly supervises the Benefits & Compensation Manager, the Recruitment and Learning & Development Specialist, the Benefits & Leave Specialist, and the Human Resources Generalist, and other HR staff that may join the department.
