    This position supports the Administrative function of Human Resources by providing administrative support to all members of Town of Eagle business locations.  The role performs the following duties: creating reports, managing files, reviewing, and coding invoices for payment, reviewing fee structures and related regulations, database entry, record-keeping, file maintenance, processing mail, and other support functions as needed by staff.  

    The role will assist with HRIS data entry, recruitment administrative processes, participate in the full employee lifecycle, file retention and management, and assist with employee benefit plans to ensure positive employee relations.  Position placement at I or II level will depend on experience, education, and certifications.

    This is a fulltime, benefits eligible position. Normal days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 40 hours weekly, flexible between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Ability to telecommute 1 day weekly.

This position will report to the Director of Human Resources. The budgeted salary range for this position is $55,000-$60,000.  Actual pay will commensurate with experience.
