Work.Play.Grow. - A Workflex Community Partnership

HCHRA is partnering with local business leaders to make Eagle County the best place in Colorado to work, play and raise a family. Together we are going to conduct a county-wide workflex survey - open to all employees who work in Eagle County.  At our program in March we will present the findings of that survey to our membership.  We will then explore and discuss the many different types of flexible work arrangements available and which options work best for companies based on industry, size, budget and culture. 

Then you as an HR professional will have an opportunity to get involved and give back to our great community.  Many businesses without HR professionals will need some guidance, coaching and hand holding as they try to implement some flexibility into their workplace. HCHRA will be there to help those forward thinking business.
