The day begins with two distinct Early Bird Sessions at 6:30 a.m., followed by a day packed full of strategy to implement in your workplace. Take one – or multiple - trails on your way to the HR Summit:

Some of the speakers and topics include Morag Barrett presenting on Cultivating Winning Relationships, Culture of Innovation presented by Gerry Valentine, Hot Topics in Employment Law 2014 by MSEC’s Tina Harkness, Jason Morris providing information on what to do when your candidate has a criminal record, Rick Tiemann will be Exploring the World of Assessments, and Senator Linda Newell discussing All Things Marijuana. And, Sal Silvester will return as one of the 3 speakers offering repeat sessions.

This year’s keynote will be a panel discussion occurring before lunch. The theme of the panel is "A Mile High Culture at Work: How to Drive Business Performance through Culture". Through the expertise of a skilled moderator, panelists will be discussing building a business case for establishing an effective company culture. This is something you will be sure not to want to miss!

Attendees can earn a total of 6.5 HRCI credits. The Early Bird and Keynote sessions provide 1.25 each. See the schedule.
