As an HR manager, many are faced with many challenging situations.  Often times mental illness and/or substance use disorders can be difficult and quite stressful to navigate.  How do I effectively manage if I'm worried there may be a mental illness or disorder?  What do I do if I'm worried an employee may be exhibiting suicidal behaviors?  What tools and resources do I have?  This training answers these questions.  In this 2 hour training you will learn how do spot the warning signs of a mental illness or suicidal behavior.  In addition, you will gain skills on how to handle these conversations in a way that is helpful and working towards healing for the employee rather than exacerbating symptoms.  We will also cover local resources and areas to refer.

We are pleased to welcome Molly Fiore.

For over 10 years, Molly Fiore struggled to find a life that fit. From marine biology to medicine to business training to athletic training, nothing resonated. Desperate to find passion, joy, and happiness, her search ultimately led within. Today Molly enjoys a life of speaking, writing, one-on-one coaching, and corporate trainings. She is passionate about suicide prevention, and works in schools to educate children. Molly is passionate about everything she does, but she particularly enjoys running, hiking, the outdoors, and learning. She lives in Eagle, Colorado with her black Lab.
