    Dr. Erin Greilick is the founder of Core Consulting, a boutique firm specializing in strategic change, executive development, and cross-functional team building. Erin works closely with leaders to identify core challenges and provide smart solutions.

    With experience in a broad range of industries, Erin enjoys the challenge of serving an array of professional settings. Her client collaborations have included executive coaching, leadership development, strategic planning, cultural transformation, cross-functional team building, and process improvement. Erin has been recognized by Fortune 500 CEOs, and received the Superior Civilian Service Award for her work with the U.S. Army.

    Erin earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University, affiliated with the nationally renowned Drucker School of Management. She earned her BA in Psychology and MA in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hawaii, Manoa, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

    Erin enjoys traveling, eating, and cooking. She and her husband have one son.
