    Woods P.C. attorney Colin Walker will provide a broad review of many of the most significant developments in employment law over the past year at the state and federal levels. He will also offer strategies for advocating for issues important to you as a Human Resources professional.


    Colin A. Walker focuses on trials and litigation, particularly in the areas of employment law, trade secrets, commercial disputes, and real estate-related litigation. He also counsels clients on employment policies and practices.

    From 1995 to 1999, Colin was a criminal prosecutor with the State's Attorney Office for Baltimore County, Maryland. In that capacity, he tried hundreds of bench trials and numerous jury trials at both the misdemeanor and felony level, including prosecuting two murder cases.

    Colin has traveled extensively, including a semester of study at the Miami University European Studies Center in Luxembourg. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Colin is the Legislative Director for Mile High Society for Human Resource Management and the Colorado Society for Human Resource Management.
