    Summary:  Understand the different requirements and action items to be in compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act which goes into effect January 1, 2021.

    3. Communicate all Jobs Internally and Post All with Pay Rates

    4. Keep Job Descriptions and Track Wage History for Every Employee

    • Understand what the liability risk is to the employer for non-compliance
