Saralyn Crock. Area Vice President - Gallagher:
With 20+ combined years in employee benefits, health/wellness, guiding outdoor adventures, and human resources, Saralyn brings a unique flavor to the Gallagher employee benefits consulting team. She approaches her work as a business partner to help clients impact their bottom line while recognizing the need for creating strategic cost containment solutions that reflect the employer’s culture and values.
With numerous clients in mountain and rural areas, Saralyn is familiar with the nuances and opportunities that exist. The majority of her clients have partially self-funded plans, some with value –based networks and direct hospital contracts that she and her team have implemented. Saralyn has her B.S. from Iowa State University and a worksite wellness certification from the National Wellness Institute.
Katie Roth. Client Consultant - Gallagher:
Katie is responsible for on-boarding new clients, providing strategy, serving as a Lead Consultant on client teams, and being a leader in client relationships with employee benefits- from evaluating plan designs and developing consumer-driven employee education to developing innovative ideas to increase employee benefits engagement.
Katie attended the University of Missouri, St. Louis. Prior to joining Gallagher, Katie spent two years with another healthcare consultant in the Denver market where she assisted clients with developing an executable healthcare strategy, managing budgets and day to day service needs. Before moving to Denver, Katie spent eleven years at Anheuser-Busch in St. Louis, Missouri where she was the Manager of Health & Welfare. She managed over $100 million in annual healthcare spend, implementing a benefit administration system for more than 10,000 employees and transitioning 5,000 post-65 retirees to a Medicare Exchange.
