    Summary:  Coaching others on how to get and give useful feedback can be a challenge especially around performance reviews. In this presentation we will look at feedback from a new perspective. You will walk away with helpful tips and tools for improving the feedback in your organization.


    We will discuss:

    • What does useful feedback look like and how do you get it?

    • Ways to unhook from feedback and see it through the lens of data.

    • Gender and race bias in self-evaluation and performance reviews.

    • A feedback model for giving useful and valuable feedback.

     

    Amy Arthur Packer's Bio:

    Amy is a leadership coach and a consultant specializing in team and leadership development with over 18 years’ experience working with individuals, teams, and organizations. She has a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication and is a Professional Certified Coach
    (PCC) through the International Coach Federation.

    Amy’s strength-based approach to coaching is grounded in the principles of positive psychology and values based leadership. Her passion is bringing out the best in teams and in people by identifying and building on strengths that already exist.
