    Summary:

Compensation can be challenging, daunting and, yes, even a bit scary at times … keeping you up at night!  This session will help reduce the mystery behind compensation by sharing with you some of the basics every HR professional should know about.

In this interactive session, join Joe Pulichene, President of M3 Consulting and Mark Hoblitzell, Business Services Coordinator for the Colorado Workforce Center, to review the current “State of the Labor Market” for our HCHRA counties and discuss why competitive pay is so critical in these dynamic times.  We will also look at the importance of setting pay philosophies and strategies as well as the “how to” go about collecting, analyzing and using competitive pay data ….. making sure you are paying appropriately for the jobs within your organization enhancing your ability to attract, retain and engage talented employees. We will plan to have a Comp 201 program in June as well.
