    Summary:

Our journey continues as we take a deeper dive into the mysterious world of compensation management.

In Comp 101, we covered the basics such as creating pay philosophies and the nuances of collecting, analyzing and using competitive pay data.  Comp 201 will take it a few steps further.  Since we will be in person at CMC, this session will be hands-on and interactive answering your questions and working through examples to determine competitive pay as well as how to create salary ranges and how to manage pay within those ranges. In addition, we will cover one of the most challenging aspects of HR: How to share compensation related information with management and employees.

This highly competitive market requires HR professionals to understand how compensation management works and how it can be a very effective tool to attract, retain and engage talented employees.
