Whether you consider yourself a seasoned ally or need to start at the basics, we all can learn something from this foundational training session on creating a more inclusive workplace climate. We’ll learn about LQBTQ+ terminology, the continuum of gender and sexuality, workplace issues, and HR-specific actions and policies.

Megan Vogt's Bio:

Megan Vogt is a licensed professional counselor with a master's degree in counseling psychology and a passion for helping people flourish. She brings a decade of experience to her private practice in Edwards, where she helps adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief, LGBTQ+ issues, maternal mental health, and trauma. Beyond the office, Megan loves adventuring with her wife, toddler, and menagerie of animals.
