Aryn Schlichting is the Director of People and Culture for the NEW! Eagle Valley Transit Authority and founder of MountainCareers.com, the official mountain town job board.

With more than 20 years in Human Resources in the Vail Valley her greatest joy has always been creating workplaces where people thrive and do exceptional work in mountain communities.

Originally from Chicago, Aryn was drawn to the mountains for college where she received her bachelor’s degree in international Affairs from the University of Colorado, Boulder. When not working or brainstorming new ideas as she is trying to keep up with her two mountain kiddos.
