    Alisha Riddile, former Executive Team Leader for Human Resources at Target overseeing 125 employees, transitioned into real estate in 2015. Experiencing recruitment challenges in a high-cost area firsthand, she's committed to improving the path for those moving to the valley. Consistently ranking in the top 20% of both the MLS and her brokerage, she's sold over 120 properties, totaling over $50 million in Volume. In 2020, Alisha joined Keller Williams and launched the Embryn Group, donating 10% of every transaction to local charities. She is a Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council member, ALC Luxury Chair, and Assistant Team Leader managing the Glenwood Keller Williams office. In 2023, she was invited to partner with Livian as the Western Colorado CEO for Gary Keller's exclusive team. Alisha's expertise spans residential, commercial, land, and luxury properties, ensuring a personalized experience for each client.
