Outside of work Aryn is the co-founder of Mountain Careers, a hub for professional opportunities in the mountains and on the board of the Vail Valley Young Professionals. With 15 years in Human Resources in the Vail Valley she finds excitement in attracting others to the area and growing talent in the community. Originally from Chicago, Aryn was drawn to the mountains for college where she received her Bachelor's degree in International Affairs from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Erin McCuskey found a career in HR following a stint as a newspaper journalist - she decided to apply her interviewing skills to recruiting.
