JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the property Managing Director and General Manager at a 280 room timeshare/vacation ownership property. Directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resources function, which includes policy development, employment (recruitment and selection), compensation and payroll processing, employee relations, disciplinary and counseling programs, benefits, training, employee recognition programs, safety programs, H2B employee housing and any other matters related to employment.

Senior HR Professional/Talent Management

Salary: $66,400 - $99,600 + excellent benefits
