The Changing the Narrative Age-friendly Workplace Initiative, in partnership with The Age Friendly
Foundation, is offering the Age Friendly Employer CertificationTM Program. It is a structured evaluation of employers’ human resource and management policies and practices against known “Best Practices” model of organizations recognized for their commitment to recruiting and retaining age 50+ workers on an “age friendly” or age-neutral basis.
