Summary: We will discuss basic phases of change management for leaders, data summary about the Great Resignation, how to respond with talent attraction and retention and reviewing knowledge transferring and succession planning as key strategies.
Hayley Harris' Bio:
Hayley Harris, the Founder and Lead Consultant for ideali Consulting, is a strategic and human capital consultant with experience helping businesses of all sizes, maturity levels, and industries to conceptualize and plan for growth and change.
Her degree is in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, emphasizing in Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness. Upon graduation, she worked in human capital consulting for Deloitte, UBS Financial Services, QBE Insurance, and Google.
She is passionate about the customer and employee experience, team dynamics, and helping leaders be well equipped when navigating organizational change. Through her own consultancy now, she works with clients as a contract consultant on a project basis, or as a leader of executive and team “offsites” for strategizing and planning.
