About the Session:
What are the secrets to creating a sustainable culture of development? This presentation outlines five essential components to ensure your organization is a place where people can excel and achieve their potential. We’ll walk through some examples, explore trends affecting organizations now, and help you assess how your team is doing in building a ‘Culture of Development’.

About the Presenter:Paul Terry, SPHR, ACC founded Paul Terry Consulting Group after 20 years of working in corporate HR. Prior experience includes consulting at Global Novations, VP of HR at Emerson, and HR roles at ExxonMobil in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
Publications include "Readying Them to Run", "The New Four Stages of Contribution Research", and "Effective Succession Planning."
Mr. Terry has a MBA and Bachelor's Degree in Psychology both from Brigham Young University. He is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation and certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Step I and Step II.
